We have extensive experience in the gear industry, which we make available to our customers through the design of solutions built on the needs of specific companies. From gearmotors and new mobility to professional tools and industrial, the sectors in which we operate are diverse. In fact, among our strengths is the decision to invest in highly technological and ductile machinery, which allows flexibility in production, as well as being able to rely on the experience and knowledge of our employees. All this allows us to promptly meet the challenges imposed by market changes.
The company has a technological focus in the production of medium and small gears (up to 270 mm), made with cutting system in all types:
- straight bevel;
- spiral bevel;
- spiral bevel with ground teeth;
- hypoid conical;
- “formate” (made with Gleason system);
- spur gears

Industrial Applications
Working in the gearmotor industry has been a continuous stimulus for improvement and innovation for years, allowing us to own our skills in manufacturing and engineering specific components for different industries and requiring us to meet appropriate standards and obtain the necessary quality certifications.
We are collaborating with some of our most important customers on the development of components for sustainable traction (E-Mobility).
We also work for several industries whose mechanical components are a critical element of success for their products
Spiral’s gear production serves several industries, with components such as ground bevel gears and spur gears, which are then used by our customers in the marine industry.

Sustainable Mobility
The experience gained in the motor gears sector, has allowed us to grow smoothly in the broad area of personal mobility and support companies operating in the field of bicycles, electric motors for e-bikes and electric vehicles in general.
The expertise gained in more traditional sectors and with large customers now allows us to offer innovative solutions, in terms of precision components, even to this sector, represented by smaller companies, with which we can establish a technological partnership of development first and then volume production.
